Xiaomi has launched its MIUI 12 successor MIUI 13 in China on 28th December'2021 . The new MIUI 13 super wallpapers are now available for any android device. MIUI 12.1 ROG edition rom and the version of this rom is 20.7.30 Beta and I'm reviewing this rom on Redmi note 5 pro which comes with August security patch but other Redmi devices getting the September security patches.

Camera And Gallery

As this rom is based on MIUI 12, we have MI Camera inbuilt with UHD 4K, 30fps enabled in video Quality. The most popular Sky mode is also available in this rom and it's working fine.


 

 Wallpapers

Rom includes Super wallpaper but the phone lags a lot while using Super wallpapers, so I'll recommend you to use static wallpapers instead of super Wallpapers. As Static wallpapers include some cool ROG as well as Naruto and some of the MIUI12 wallpapers.



 User-Interface

User-Interface of this rom is the same as the MIUI 12, new control center, the rom has some bloated apps but can be uninstalled. A new lock screen clock styles have also been introduced in this rom.


Under Homescreen, we have the option to change between app-vault or google discover, also has the option to change the search provider to Google. We have the dark mode with the Adjust wallpaper to dark mode feature.

Special Features
 
Talking about the special features, we have Game Turbo, Video toolbox, Floating window and we can also access the floating window from recents menu, then we have the second space, and also the lite mode with the less visual cluster.
 
 
Under Full-screen display, we have the option to hide the navigation bar to enhance the full-screen experience, swipe up from the corner for Google assistant with assistant 2.0 visual design.
