There is an android app on the play store Called "MI Control Center: Notifications and Quick Actions" or you can download it from here developed by TreyDev that brings MIUI 12 like control center on any android device. The app is pretty small in size and only needs Accessibility and Notifications permissions.
The app itself offers a lot of features to customize the control center like change the layout of clock symbols and many more, it also offers auto dark mode or change the background colors, Data Usage, and more.
